Recent long and enduring negotiations culminated in a new alliance formed between DanLogix and Quadera, Inc.

Quadera, Inc., owned by Tim Phillips, Amy Shratter, et al., is a Business Systems Integrator specializing in Microsoft and SalesForce.com business solutions. The company has completed engagements with Nestle USA, Avery-Dennison, Amgen, United Health Group, Wellpoint, Yahoo, Toyota and Cornerstone OnDemand.

Quadera’s business solutions are developed through its global network of contributing clients including some of the largest and most respected institutions in the world, its first class consulting team and global data feed partners.

In this new partnership, the companies are enabled to share resources, reducing operating expenses by approximately 32%, and meanwhile increasing business potential and revenue.
