
Dan Daneshrad
CEO / Director of Strategy
As a graduate of University of British Columbia (Vancouver, B.C.) Dan has gained
extensive experience in the techologies.
Dan arriving to Los Angeles in the mid-90's (beginning of the Dot.Com boom)
starting a career as a developer for People Support. Later Dan founded
Systematic Approach (an Internet group), gaining highly technical experience in
the financial and real-estate industries at California Association of Realtors,
and AnnuityScouts.com.
Further consulting experience came from the Los Angeles County - Deparment of
Health Services, where Dan was the Lead Developer in one of the first "Web-based
Electronic Medical Records," and with Countrywide.com (Internet Marketing
Division), while getting specialized training in SEO (Search Engine
Optimization), Hubbard Management Technology, and analytics.
DanLogix.com was founded in 2005, to leverage the Internet Marketing
Technologies to "Create Reach for Valuable Customer Products/Services."
Tim Phillips
Director of Business Development
Tim is the founder of Quadera Inc. founder and also manages the Integration
Services Practice.
Tim brings an extensive business, technology and services background with him to
the company. He began his career as an investment advisor for the Capital Group
and later founded Phillips Group, a provider of finance software services, with
Nestle USA, TCW Group, Arthur Anderson, Transamerica, and Jacobs Engineering as
primary clients. Later joining PeopleSupport (Nasdaq: PSPT), as the Sr. Director
of Professional Services he drew upon his previous experience to meet and exceed
pre-IPO revenue goals.
Additional management experience includes a tenure with RosettaNet as Global
Manager for the RosettaNet Interoperability Program, Yahoo!-Overture Services
(Nasdaq:YHOO), as Director of Paid-search Advertiser Systems, and Sr. Manager,
Finance Systems Development for Computer Science Corporation (NYSE:CSC). Tim
holds a B.S. degree from UCLA, and is currently pursuing his MBA. He is a
certified Project Management Professional, holds Microsoft and Sun
certifications, and has been NASD Series 7 certified.
Jay Tabatabai
Senior Technology Consultant
Jay is responsible for all aspects of Quadera’s CRM Services Practice, from
service design to delivery. With in-depth experience in a number of IT
disciplines, Jay provides our clients with a superior understanding of the
complexities required to provide a robust and effective IT managed service.
Prior to joining DanLogix, Jay served as the Chief Technology Officer of Altour,
a world-wide global travel services company. During his career, Jay was the
Director of Information Technology for Uniworld River Cruises where he was
responsible for their global operation. At PeopleSupport, Jay provided technical
leadership for the implementation of e-commerce, help desk and call center
applications for clients such as Expedia and Cendant. Prior to PeopleSupport,
Jay was employed by at Honeywell as a Sr. IT Manager and was profiled in several
internal Honeywell's periodicals. Jay holds a M.S. degree in System Engineering
from USC, is a Project Management Professional and holds multiple Microsoft
Professional certifications.

Merhnoosh "Max" Hunter - a creative designer - is a highly specialized graphics
artist with an amazingly keen eye for animations and aesthetics. Max is
able to grasp the desired concept, and in short amount of time out-perform
expectations.
Max's skills in design, and her attention to detail enable her to go "the extra
mile" and to put in the "wow" factor, that businesses need in today's market.
Max has been involved in graphics technologies with some fortune 500 companies,
including Country Wide Home Loans.

Faran Najafi is an accomplished designer with a unique balance of creative and
technical expertise, coupled with a strong background in visual communications
and web development. For 9 years, he has helped employers and clients develop
corporate and brand identities, as well as market positioning. His vast
experiences range from designing annual reports, brochures, advertisements,
product packaging, catalogs, corporate identities, billboards to more complex
projects, such as web graphical user Interface design and restructuring websites
based on functionality and performance. He understands the importance of knowing
the long-term vision of a company and how to accurately and consistently reflect
and strengthen that message in all visual and written communications.
